For those of you who know me, you have heard me say that Energetic Space Clearing is one of the most powerful processes I do.  It helps bring clarity, purpose and awareness along with great new energy to your home.  If you are preparing to sell, it is the invisible aspect that literally clears a path for your next move and for the right buyer to show up.  On April 22nd HGTV’s “Selling New York” had a clearing done on a property.  Interestingly the client was feeling a bit panicked and confused about selling or renting.  Right after the clearing she was clear that renting was the right thing to do for the moment with the intention to sell when the right opportunity presented.
